Terms of Service
Effective 29 September 2026. These terms govern use of Yondoro's website, consumer services and business tools. Yondoro is operated by Steven Irvine, trading as Yondoro, a sole trader established in Northern Ireland.
1. Using Yondoro
You may use Yondoro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the information you submit, activity carried out through your account and keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current. Business owners are responsible for access granted to managers or other team members. Yondoro may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, the platform or legal compliance.
3. Business listings
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, opening hours, contact details, offers, imagery and other published information. Yondoro may refuse, unpublish or restrict content that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, abusive or otherwise inconsistent with platform rules.
4. Reviews and feedback
Users must submit genuine experiences and must not manipulate ratings, fabricate visits, impersonate others or submit unlawful or abusive content. Yondoro may distinguish between public reviews and private feedback and may moderate content where necessary for safety, integrity or legal reasons.
5. Offers, promotions and availability
Businesses are responsible for the terms, availability and lawful fulfilment of offers they publish. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Yondoro provides the platform for discovery and promotion and is not the merchant supplying the underlying goods or services.
6. Payments and launch pricing
Paid Yondoro products may include business registration, offers, Featured placement and other optional growth products. Prices shown at checkout apply to that purchase. Current launch pricing does not include a platform subscription during setup; any future subscription or pricing change will be communicated before it applies.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorised payment provider. Refund rights, chargebacks and statutory consumer or business rights remain subject to applicable law and any product-specific terms shown at purchase.
7. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with Yondoro's systems, scrape or harvest data in breach of law or platform restrictions, upload malware, manipulate verification or reward systems, or use Yondoro to harass, deceive or defraud others.
8. Intellectual property
Yondoro's software, branding, designs and platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant Yondoro the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process and distribute that content as part of operating the service.
9. Third-party services
Yondoro may rely on third-party services for hosting, payments, authentication, mapping, communications and other functionality. Their services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Where a material change affects a paid service, we will handle it fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Yondoro is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, business decisions made solely from platform insights, or the quality, safety or performance of goods and services supplied by independent businesses listed on Yondoro.
12. Ending use of Yondoro
You may stop using Yondoro at any time. Yondoro may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches, fraud, abuse, legal requirements or security risks. Some records may need to be retained after account closure for legal, financial, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
13. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. The courts of Northern Ireland will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives a consumer the right to bring proceedings in another court. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
